We currently ship orders within Australia only.

Order Processing Time  
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Address Accuracy  
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. STND.CAFÉ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues  
STND.CAFÉ is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders  
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@stndcafe.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
